Advisory

We, the members of the NMCYPAA Advisory Council, have formed for the purpose of establishing a rotating body of past NMCYPAA Host Committee members who shall act as guardians of the conference integrity and experience. The NMCYPAA Advisory Council is a service body, directly responsible to all AA members who wish to participate in NMCYPAA. In all its proceedings the NMCYPAA Advisory Council shall observe the spirit of the AA Tradition; placing none of its members in a position of unqualified authority over others, that it reach all important decisions by discussion, vote, and, whenever possible, by substantial unanimity, that its actions never be personally punitive nor an incitement to public controversy; like the Fellowship of AA it serves, it will always remain democratic in thought an action. NMCYPAA Advisory places itself at the disposal of the current Host Committee and all Bid Committees to offer any assistance it may provide.
